SANA Linseed Oil is a cold-pressed plant oil derived from flax seeds, the mature seeds of common flax (Linum usitatissimum).

Linseed oil has a high content of Vitamin E and an almost perfect ratio of Omega-3 to Omega-6 fatty acids. The included alpha-linolenic acid helps the dog with blood formation and can dilate blood vessels. Simultaneously, it regulates blood pressure and cholesterol.

Linseed oil also has positive effects on joint development and immune support, making it an ideal supplement for puppies, seniors, or weakened dogs.

Gamma-linolenic acid - 9.9%

Feeding Recommendation

For every 10kg of body weight, we recommend 5ml of linseed oil daily. Approximately 1ml is equivalent to a teaspoon.

SANA Linseed Oil is bottled in high-quality brown glass bottles. Filling the oil in a dark glass bottle protects its content from light and ensures optimal shelf life, as well as the preservation of the oil's purity. While glass does not release harmful substances into the content, plastic bottles may leach health-hazardous substances (plasticizers). We avoid this risk by using glass bottles for packaging.

Storage in the refrigerator is recommended. An opened bottle should be consumed within 6 to 8 weeks. The oil should also not be heavily heated.
